SALON POLICIES:

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, the stylist misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Appointments are confirmed 48-72 hours in advance via TXT because it’s easy to forget an appointment you booked months ago. The services are reserved for you personally.

– The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping stylists schedules filled. The Salty Mane Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria

– We don’t allow children in the salon, we are not a kid friendly environment. Please make prior arrangements before showing up for your appointment.

REDOS/ADJUSTMENTS

If you are not happy with your results, please let your stylist know within 7 days or less of your hair appointment.

*This courtesy is not to be confused with “changing your mind” or trying to work the system for free services. If your request is reasonable, the stylist will do all that she can to fix any error in quality.
