24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48-72 hours in advance via TXT because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $100 if you have reserved a color appointment. If you have an appointment on a Tuesday, you will need to notify the front desk via TXT or Phone by close of business as we are closed on Sunday/ Monday and reopen for business on Tuesday mornings.
– “NO SHOWS” will be charged $200 ( Same day cancellations are considered a NO SHOW)
– The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members’ schedules filled, allowing us to better serve everyone. The Salty Mane Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. – We don’t allow children in the salon, we are not a kid friendly environment. Please make prior arrangements before showing up for your appointment.
If you are not happy with your results, please call the salon directly. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 7 days or less of your hair appointment.
*This courtesy is not to be confused with “changing your mind” or trying to work the system for free services. If your request is reasonable, we will do all that we can to fix any error in quality.
We use several different brands of extensions while also offering several different install methods. We try to choose the one that fits your hair and hair goal the best. There is no one size fits all for extensions. We customize this specifically for each extension install. If you are requesting a certain extension brand to be used, please make this request in writing at the front desk via our extension deposit sheet. There is NO guarantee with extensions under any circumstance. EVERY extension appointment requires a consultation.
We do not offer refunds of any kind. This includes products and services. *See our Redo Policies if your are dissatisfied with your results.
